Rookie Season

Machining Finisher

Learn the fundamentals:

• Deburring and finishing precision parts

• Grinding, polishing, and buffing components

• Reading blueprints and work instructions

• Learning measurement tools

• Building quality and manufacturing fundamentals

Move Up the Depth Chart

Junior Machinist

Gain hands-on experience operating equipment while receiving CNC training from experienced machinists.

Make the Starting Lineup

CNC Machinist

Become a skilled CNC Machinist producing precision components for:

• Aerospace

• Defense

• Power Generation

• Mining

• Transportation

The more skills you develop, the more opportunities and earning potential you'll unlock as you climb our skills ladder

WHAT'S THE POSITION?

As a Machining trainee, you'll help prepare precision components for final delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deburring machined parts

• Cleaning, polishing, grinding, and buffing

• Final assembly and leak testing

• Touch-up painting

• Packaging finished products

• Following work instructions and quality standards

• Keeping your workspace clean and organized

Every play matters. Every part matters.

The work you complete contributes to products used in some of the world's most demanding industries.

GAME DAY SCHEDULE

1st Shift Monday-Friday6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift Monday-Friday4:20 PM - 2:50 AM

Earn an additional 10% Shift Differential on 2nd Shift.

Can stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
