Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to gain in-depth insight into clients' mental health concerns, followed by the development of customized treatment plans. \n Deliver individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to foster clients' personal growth. \n Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, actively monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. \n Provide teletherapy for all clients, ensuring that clients can access therapeutic support conveniently and effectively, regardless of their location. \n Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and therapeutic progress, aligning with ethical guidelines and fostering accountability in practice. \n Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including participation in workshops and training that enhance your clinical expertise and knowledge of best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
