Product Owner Role

As a Product Owner, you will be at the intersection of business, product, and technology and will be responsible for the following tasks:

Product Strategy: Develop and update the product roadmap (short, medium term), defining investment axes and budget arbitrations. Prioritize strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Business, Product, Technology, Marketing). Monitor and manage product delivery: scope, planning, budget, quality. Define and adjust pricing in collaboration with Marketing teams. Maintain up-to-date product documentation: functional, positioning, activation. Define KPIs, build and monitor product performance dashboards.

Strategy Implementation (Operational Execution): Lead the execution of the product roadmap in collaboration with project teams. Gather, analyze, and frame needs (internal, clients, regulatory). Ensure product compliance with specifications. Participate in technical architecture design in collaboration with developers. Provide training to internal teams (commerce, support, CSM). Represent the product vision in client meetings (roadmaps, demonstrations).

Strategic and Regulatory Vigilance: Conduct active market surveillance: regulatory changes, sector trends, standards (CCP, etc.). Write framing notes to anticipate changes to be integrated into the roadmap. Inform clients and internal teams through product newsletters and release notes.

Market Influence Development: Participate in sector working groups (associations, market infrastructures, etc.). Represent the company's positions in regulatory or business debates. Be involved in pre-sales: participate in calls for tenders and pre-sales phases. Identify correspondences between existing products and client needs. Work with R&D to estimate efforts and define target architecture. Present products to clients, co-build solutions with them.

Candidate Profile: Are you ready to become an Amiltonian? A graduate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Master's, Doctorate, engineering or business school) and at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner.
