Your role will predominantly involve cases linked to a detox center, enabling access to vital recovery resources for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly assess and provide clinical interventions for clients experiencing major mental illness and emotional disorders, both in virtual sessions and through community outreach initiatives.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems approach during individual, group, and family therapy sessions to improve client outcomes.

• Develop and execute client-centered treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care by connecting clients to necessary support services and facilitating communication among families and other healthcare providers.

• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to formulate integrated care plans that address individual client needs, promoting holistic wellness and recovery.

• Monitor client progress, adapting therapeutic strategies as necessary to enhance treatment efficacy and client empowerment.

• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative discussions to further advance our organizational goals, centered around improving service delivery and quality care.

• Provide on-call crisis intervention support, maintaining a responsive and proactive approach to clients' urgent needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with vulnerable populations in a detox center environment. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
