Work Environment\n

This position will be carried out in a fully remote setting which allows for the flexibility of working from your chosen environment. You will collaborate with team members using digital platforms to communicate effectively while ensuring client confidentiality and security of sensitive information. As part of a Detox Center, you will play an essential role in providing continuity of care and necessary interventions for clients undergoing detoxification and treatment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment to clients dealing with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate to formulate and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments, facilitating the client’s access to necessary services, educational resources, and support structures.

• Monitor client progress rigorously, including conducting ongoing evaluations of treatment efficacy and making requisite adjustments to care plans.

• Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and culturally sensitive.

• Provide crisis intervention services when required, demonstrating proficiency in managing acute situations with empathy and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
