Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position that allows you to work flexibly from the comfort of your own space while dedicated to serving clients across the community. Regular business hours will be observed, although occasional evening and weekend work may be required to accommodate client needs, ensuring that services are accessible at critical times.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, strengths-based assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, documenting findings to inform intervention strategies.

• Develop and implement customized service plans that outline measurable goals, interventions, and detailed progress monitoring for each client.
\n
• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
\n
• Collaborate directly with clients to create personalized pathways of care, connecting them with pertinent community resources such as housing support and substance abuse programs.

• Render crisis intervention when necessary, including performing risk assessments and establishing safety plans to protect client welfare.

• Work in partnership with community organizations to coordinate services, ensuring an integrated approach to advocacy on behalf of clients.

• Engage in community outreach activities aimed at raising awareness of available resources and agency services, promoting social change.

• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training sessions to refine skills and enhance service delivery.

Your role as an LICSW will heavily focus on assisting individuals and families who face social and emotional adversities due to factors such as poverty, substance abuse, violence, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
