Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, providing evidence-based treatment plans for clients facing mental health challenges.

• Participate actively in team meetings to promote synergy towards common goals and enhance service delivery in all interactions.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies set forth by Keck Health Care LLC, ensuring professionalism in client interactions.

• Cultivate rapport and trust with clients while respecting diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment for therapy sessions.

• Implement integrated care plans and coordinate with healthcare providers, ensuring continuity of care by sharing critical information among clients, families, and community resources.

• Provide brief preventative services, treatment, and recovery support for clients while assessing their immediate needs during interactions.

• Monitor caseloads effectively, ensuring timely service and follow through on treatment goals, addressing any risk factors as they arise.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing de-escalation strategies as needed to support clients in distress.
\n
• Complete necessary documentation and data submissions accurately and promptly, facilitating quality improvement initiatives.
\n
• Engage with committees focused on enhancing service delivery and participate actively in agency quality improvement activities.

The primary client population for this role includes individuals who are disproportionately affected by mental health issues and those experiencing severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
