- a multi-entity group with a mix of commercial and residential real estate as well as the occasional non-real estate ventures.
- About 40 separate partnerships of varying sizes with different groups of partners so our make-up is a bit complex.
- Nothing about what we do is difficult⦠itâs just the mix of it with different software platforms and so many entities that requires a high attention to detail.
- CPA not required, position needs to be a one hat fits all role
- Software: Â Sage Intacct, Sage 300/Timberline, Appfolio, Quickbooks
- Real estate experience preferred including NNN (Triple Net) reconciliations probably 2-3 years experience
- Pay range 80-100K
- Some hybrid mix of remote is possible but only after first 3 months for training in person.
- No job hoppers, they want tenure in position
- Candidate should have both commercial and residential property management/portfolio experience
