Family Services Supervisor

The Family Services Program Manager provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of Family Services programs to support individuals and families experiencing crisis and transition toward stability. This role ensures services are delivered using trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered practices while meeting funding, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Duties and responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of Family Services programs, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and ethically, coordinating schedules and coverage for staff and volunteers, monitoring program performance, assisting with client intake and follow-up, collaborating on grants and funding, building community partnerships, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting staff and volunteer coordination.

Education/experience required includes a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate's or bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, and minimum of two years of experience in social services or community-based human services. Skills include strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in crisis intervention and communication, cultural humility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

This position requires driving and a valid in-state driver's license. Continued employment will be contingent upon a biennial background check. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 25 pounds and perform various tasks with or without accommodation.
