As we continue expanding our Home Health program in the Greater Phoenix area, we're seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor.This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, competitive compensation, and the ability to build a caseload that fits their lifestyle and income goals.Why Contractors Choose Arbor TherapyFlexible Scheduling - Build a schedule that works for you.Autonomy - Manage your own caseload while receiving clinical support when needed.Consistent Referrals - Grow your caseload with support from an established pediatric practice.Collaborative Team - Work alongside experienced SLPs, OTs, PTs, and leadership.Meaningful Community-Based Care - Help children succeed in their natural environments.Growing Organization - Join a respected pediatric therapy provider that continues to expand throughout Arizona.What You'll DoProvide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment in home and community settings throughout the Greater Phoenix area.Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.Address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and developmental goals.Educate and partner with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home.Complete timely, accurate documentation.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.QualificationsMaster 's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility before start date).Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain before providing services).Valid Arizona driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.Current professional liability insurance.Ability to travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area.Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication and documentation.Pediatric experience preferred.Experience with early intervention, developmental disabilities, sensory integration, feeding therapy, or AAC is a plus.Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.Work EnvironmentThis role requires travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area and involves working in home and community settings.
