What You’ll Gain Dedicated training in Commercial Lines Skills Expansion Program Advancement pathway from Inside Sales Consultant to Commercial Account Management Competitive Base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions Starting base pay for a Sales Agent is $45,760+ / year Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year Location Onsite at: 30 Waterside Dr. Farmington, CT 06032 What You Will Do Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads—absolutely no cold calling Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture Our Ideal Candidate High School Diploma Active Property & Casualty license (preferred), or the willingness to obtain a license within 60 days of hire 1+ year of insurance sales or service experience Call Center experience Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation Preferred Attributes Bachelor’s Degree Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred 1+ year experience working in a call center environment Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not necessary Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
