ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Szymankowski Agency - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Property/Casualty insurance license (must have currently).
• Must reside in Colorado.
• Must have prior State Farm experience.
• Demonstrated excellence working in State Farm’s proprietary IT systems: ECRM and ABS
