The Opportunity: We are looking for an innovative, results-driven Experienced Welder / Fabricator to take ownership of our welding operations in Manning, SC. This is a highly critical function in our daily operations and you must be skilled in a wide range of welding processes and applications. Responsibilities:

• Perform: Stick / Arc Welding Repairs (Steel) TIG Processes (Aluminum & Steel) MIG Processes (Steel) Plasma Cutter / Torches Utilize all tools of the trade, including hand tools, power tools, air tools, measuring equipment, hydraulic lifts, drill presses, and band saws effectively and safely.
• Conduct: In-depth inspections on trailer frames and other related steel / aluminum components.
• Execute Repairs on: Truck Beds, Painted Steel, Galvanized Steel, and Aluminum Trailer Systems.
• Complete Detailed and Accurate: Work Orders using our industry leading Fleet Management Software.
• Maintain: A Safe, Clean, and Organized Shop Environment, adhering to all DOT and OSHA safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Welder / Fabricator in a shop environment.
• Demonstrated experience in all above mentioned welding processes.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Can perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to think creatively and apply results to safely and efficiently complete tasks.
• Pass our on-site welding test which includes all above mentioned welding processes.
