Litigation Associate Attorney We are looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to build a long-term practice while handling a diverse caseload. The position focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation, municipal law, and land use matters, while also providing general legal counsel to clients on a variety of business and personal legal issues. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in civil litigation, commercial litigation, municipal law, and land use matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, legal correspondence, and other litigation-related documents. Conduct legal research and provide thorough legal analysis. Attend court hearings, depositions, administrative proceedings, and client meetings. Advise clients on a broad range of legal matters, including business, employment, contract, and related issues. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice. Qualifications Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction. 2-5 years of litigation or related legal experience preferred. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with a team. Reliable transportation for court appearances and client meetings as required. A portable book of business is a plus, though candidates with demonstrated business development skills are also encouraged to apply.
