ISV Partner Account Manager - Hunter

We are supporting a leading European payments provider that is building a new software partnerships team in Germany. As part of a broader strategy focused on integrated POS and payment solutions, the company is investing heavily in partnerships with software providers serving merchants across retail, hospitality and other SMB-focused verticals. The Partner Account Manager (Hunter) will be responsible for identifying, developing and signing new software partnerships that drive transaction volume and revenue growth. This is a highly commercial role for someone who enjoys building new relationships, creating opportunities and driving partnerships from initial engagement through to signed agreement. Responsibilities Build and execute new-business strategy for software and technology partnerships across Germany. Identify, engage and close high-potential software vendors and strategic partners. Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements end-to-end. Work cross-functionally with Product, Integrations, Legal and Marketing team. Launch joint go-to-market initiatives that drive commercial growth. Build executive relationships with founders, commercial leaders, product teams and partnership stakeholders. Feed market intelligence into pricing, product development and vertical strategy. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Channel Sales, Strategic Alliances, Payments or SaaS. Proven track record of acquiring new business, strategic partnerships or partner ecosystems. Experience working with software companies, SaaS platforms, POS ecosystems or technology partners. Strong commercial and negotiation skills. Ability to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders. Understanding of APIs, integrations and technology partnerships. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving and international environment. Fluent German and English.
