Financial Coordinator

The Financial Operations Coordinator supports sales and trade promotions activities by maintaining accurate financial records, managing promotional planning tools, and coordinating communication across internal teams and external partners. This role works closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment on promotional plans, financial accuracy, and execution of business initiatives. The position plays a key role in data validation, reporting, and issue resolution related to trade promotions and sales operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support planning, coordination, and execution of sales and promotional programs Maintain and update promotional planning systems, contracts, and financial records to ensure accuracy and timeliness Review submitted promotional plans for completeness and accuracy; identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections Communicate plan readiness and approval status to sales leadership Perform administrative updates to plans, including date or system-related adjustments within defined guidelines Generate and distribute reports to support sales planning and performance tracking Modify or finalize plans as needed to support execution and partner coordination Participate in internal audits to ensure alignment between planning systems, contracts, and executed activities Support resolution of financial discrepancies, including deductions and adjustments, by collaborating with internal stakeholders Serve as a liaison between sales teams, external partners, and internal support functions to ensure clear communication and issue resolution Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support broader organizational objectives Participate in meetings and occasional field visits as needed QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting finance, sales operations, or trade promotions Experience working with trade promotion planning systems or similar financial tracking tools Background in consumer goods, distribution, retail, or related industries preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
