Position Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales / Account Representative to develop relationships with property management companies and maintenance professionals. This role combines customer service, sales, and account development, with the opportunity to sell multiple product lines and earn additional income through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and meet with property management companies to develop business relationships.
• Handle inbound calls from maintenance teams and customers to identify product needs.
• Receive orders and provide product recommendations.
• Generate sales across multiple product categories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Provide responsive service and support throughout the sales process.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $55,000$70,000
• Ideal Base: $65,000
• Realistic First-Year Total Compensation: $75,000+
