Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP license in Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
• Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process, documentation, and compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite SLP services to a caseload of approximately 18 hours per week (0.5 FTE), delivering both individual and group therapy sessions
• Engage in IEP meetings, collaborating with families, educators, and support staff to align services with student goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district and state requirements
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans that foster student progress in speech, language, and communication
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
