Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative spirit, comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Familiarity with documentation and progress tracking for IEPs and other educational requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans to support individual student goals
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with district and legal guidelines
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, parents, and educational staff to provide holistic support to students
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise, and advocate for students' needs
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication disorders, strategies, and interventions
• Adapt interventions and communication strategies based on each student's progress and evolving needs
