Whiteface Ford is hiring a General Administrative Assistant to support our dealership office and accounting team. This is a detail-focused role for someone who keeps invoices, charges, coding decisions, payments, and office records organized and moving.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Review invoices and determine whether they should be paid by check or were paid by company card.

• Route unclear charges and invoices to the right manager for account or department coding.

• Post approved expenses to the correct account or department.

• Track company-card charges and follow up on missing receipts or explanations.

• Follow up on invoices, statements, balances, and recurring check payments.

• Maintain accurate office records and communicate clearly when information is missing.

 

What we are looking for

 

• Administrative, accounting-clerk, accounts-payable, bookkeeping, or comparable office-support experience.

• Experience with invoices, payments, expense coding, reconciliations, or company-card records.

• Strong accuracy, organization, written communication, and follow-through.

• Comfort working with managers and vendors to resolve missing information.

 

This is a full-time hourly position at Whiteface Ford in Hereford, Texas. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, paid weekly. Interviews are conducted with Maghale Banda.
