Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various techniques such as testing, observational assessments, and guided conversation.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions in accordance with facility protocols and licensing requirements, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

• Engage in weekly clinical team meetings to collaborate on case reviews, share strategies, and discuss best practices.

• Offer crisis intervention and outreach counseling in various settings, including schools, homes, and community centers, tailored to specific client needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups addressing topics such as grief, anger management, parenting skills, and adjustments to illness or pain, fostering a supportive group environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve a diverse range of clients across varying demographics and presenting issues. You will provide care to individuals and families grappling with relationship challenges, mental health disorders, adjustment difficulties, and grief, among other concerns. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida with a preference for candidates having up to two years of post-licensure clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
