Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and advanced tests across various clinical laboratory disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, address discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training newcomers, and maintain high lab standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment while complying with regulatory guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain certification throughout your tenure.
