Key Responsibilities for the Senior Collections Specialist:

Manage collections across multiple regions and high-volume account portfolios. Drive daily collection efforts and execute strategies to reduce past-due balances. Resolve customer disputes and coordinate with internal teams to reach closure. Reconcile accounts, including unapplied cash, deductions, and discrepancies. Maintain detailed account documentation and activity tracking in AR systems. Report on aging, performance metrics, and high-risk accounts.

Qualifications for the Senior Collections Specialist:

5+ years Collections experience. Experience managing complex, high-volume portfolios. Background in construction, equipment rental, or industrial services preferred. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
