- 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Someone who can maintain a professional working relationship and promote communication with managers, employees and other departments.
- Ideal for a leader who is familiar with the general organization of a hotel and the function of each department
- Provide oversight of the kitchen staff, outlets and banquet department.
