Key Responsibilities As a LICSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices. Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to address a variety of mental health disorders. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide holistic patient care and treatment coordination. Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review discussions to enhance clinical expertise and improve treatment outcomes. Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, available resources, and potential treatment avenues, fostering informed decision-making. Staying current with the latest research in mental health and integrating evidence-based findings into your practice, ensuring the highest standard of care. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will provide services to a diverse client base that spans various age groups and socio-economic backgrounds. You will address a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client will be essential in supporting their journey toward improved mental wellness. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services. Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly solution-focused psychology. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients. Solid problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex patient issues. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Preferred Experience While not required, preference will be given to candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities or with experience in telehealth settings. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms will support your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience.
