Onsite Location: Durham, NC, Boston, MA, New York & New Jersey - All options available Adobe Workfront BA (70%) with PM (30%) Job Description Defines goals, scope & delivery roadmap aligning with program vision. Manages timelines, milestones & KPIs. Facilitates communication & resolves blockers across stakeholders. Identifies risks early & develops mitigation strategies. Run discovery sessions with stakeholders (marketing, PMO, ops, etc.) Document current-state workflows ("how work happens today") Identify pain points, gaps, and inefficiencies Define future-state processes aligned to Workfront capabilities Create workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories Define how projects, tasks, approvals, and requests should flow Standardize intake processes and project structures Ensure consistency across teams (huge in Workfront rollouts) Create user guides, SOPs, and process documentation Support training sessions for end users Help drive adoption by making things clear and usable The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is : $96366 to $150000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
