To support a growing Residential Solar business, the full-time Remote Residential Solar Operations Specialist will manage customer billing, provide support through various communication channels, and facilitate operational issues while collaborating with internal teams and partners. Key responsibilities Work within proprietary technology platforms for document and contract management, ensuring smooth business operations Partner with shared service groups to sustain operations and achieve strategic business objectives Respond to escalated customer inquiries and support internal customer service teams in resolving issues Required qualifications 1-3 years of previous customer service experience Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to learn new technology platforms and adapt to changing environments Exceptional organizational and document management skills Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
