Overview

The Materials Coordinator supports Endeavor Air Technical Operations by ensuring safe, timely, and efficient procurement and shipment of materials needed to rectify aircraft on the ground (AOG) situations.

Responsibilities

* Ensure delivery of materials to all maintenance bases and outstations for unscheduled maintenance.

* Facilitate the transfer and shipping of AOG materials needed to rectify an AOG situation.

* Procure materials as needed to rectify AOG situations.

* Notify relevant parties of materials movement.

* Coordinate with the parts/shipping department on parts transfers.

* Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

* Coordinate with couriers to set up and monitor shipments.

Qualifications

* College degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar technical field preferred.

* Knowledge in functional areas of purchasing, inventory control, and Supply Chain preferred.

* Familiarity with checking available inventory and creating purchase orders with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software preferred.

* Professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization.

* Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

* Computer work, in a typical office environment sitting for the majority of the day.

* Repetitive motion such as: typing.

* Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.

* The AOG (Materials) Services Department operates 24/7/365, we conduct shift bids twice per year, shifts are awarded based on seniority, Materials Coordinators are expected to be able to work any shift.

* Ability to work additional overtime hours as needed.

* Fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Minimum Position Pay Range

USD $21.80/Hr.

Maximum Position Pay Range

USD $28.70/Hr.
