Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, primarily targeting private and insurance-based clients.

• Document therapeutic interactions and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize clinical skills to diagnose mental health conditions, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and improve client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and other agencies as needed, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. This role emphasizes the importance of cultural competence and the ability to tailor therapeutic approaches that resonate with each client’s unique experience. We encourage therapists who are bilingual (especially in Spanish) to apply, as a language differential is available to acknowledge these additional skills.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Registered and in good standing with appropriate licensing authorities including CAQH.
\n
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, independence, and self-motivation in a remote work setting.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
