Overview:

Job Details:

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Colchester, VT

Duration: 4+ months

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receive and accession samples into the laboratory management system, receive and manage packages, clean glassware, assist with management of biowaste, support water bacteriology and turbidity testing, dispose of samples post testing, perform quality control checks on testing media, perform turbidity testing.

Critical Qualifications/ Skills:

*) Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication.

*) Ability to effectively work in a team environment with shifting priorities.

*) Microsoft Office and Lab Information Management software (StarLIMS).

*) High School Diploma.
