Contract Administrator

Maintain contract documentation, records, and repositories within OpenText and other contract management systems. Track contract milestones, status updates, renewals, amendments, and closeout activities. Coordinate communication between Contracts, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams. Prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates regarding contract activity and status. Support contract execution activities by ensuring required documentation, approvals, and records are complete. Assist with data management, system updates, and contract-related process improvements. Monitor workflows and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of contract actions. Support SAP S/4HANA transactions and reporting related to contract administration. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures. Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of experience in contract administration, contract coordination, procurement support, or a related administrative role. Understanding of contract lifecycle processes and contract documentation. Experience supporting stakeholder communication and reporting activities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
