Our team is built on speed, compliance, and client relationships — and we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and deepen existing partnerships.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact role for someone who understands the default servicing industry and knows how to open doors. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing new business with mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions, hedge funds, and asset managers — while nurturing and expanding our existing client relationships. You'll represent our company at industry events, build a pipeline from the ground up, and work closely with operations to ensure we deliver on every promise we make.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify, prospect, and close new clients including mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions, GSEs, hedge funds, and asset management companiesBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline from cold outreach through contract executionDevelop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each prospect's needsNegotiate service agreements, pricing, and scope of work with new and existing clientsMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsAccount ManagementServe as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of existing clientsConduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance updates with key accountsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationshipsProactively address client concerns and coordinate with operations to resolve issues quicklyIndustry PresenceRepresent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events (MBA, Five Star, USFN, ALFN, etc.)Stay current on default servicing regulations, market trends, and competitor activityBuild and maintain a strong professional network within the default services industryCollaboration & ReportingWork closely with operations, compliance, and leadership to align client expectations with service deliveryMaintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline reportingProvide regular forecasts and business development updates to senior leadershipCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range $90,000-$110,000 based on experiencePerformance-based commission structureHealth, dental, vision insurancePTO and paid holidaysRequired3+ years of business development or sales experience in the default servicing, foreclosure, or mortgage industryEstablished relationships with mortgage servicers, banks, or asset managersStrong understanding of the foreclosure process, default timelines, and property dispositionProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independentlyPreferredExperience with property preservation, title, REO, or loss mitigation servicesFamiliarity with GSE guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD/VA)Experience attending and networking at industry events (Five Star, MBA Annual, USFN, ALFN)Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr PEAK FORECLOSURE SERVICES INC
