Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the counseling needs of clients, utilizing tools such as DSM criteria to identify substance abuse diagnoses.

• Developing tailored treatment plans, focusing on substance abuse counseling that aligns with individual client goals and recovery pathways.

• Creating and maintaining client discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate effective transitions to appropriate levels of care.

• Documenting all counseling sessions, assessments, and follow-up services in client clinical records to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

• Managing an active caseload, ensuring timely case management updates and engagement with clients throughout their recovery journey.

• Coordinating with support services and external stakeholders (such as legal, educational, and employment resources) to build comprehensive support systems for clients and their families.

• Facilitating interventions using a multi-disciplinary team approach for crisis situations, demonstrating the capability to adapt to the evolving needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
