Role Summary
The Head of Ecommerce is responsible for managing the on-site revenue and storefront experience across DTC and marketplace channels for health-forward lifestyle brands. Key duties include owning the Shopify Plus storefront, optimizing UX, merchandising, and conversion strategies, and leading SEO and marketplace growth efforts. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on site design, promotional campaigns, and inventory positioning to maximize revenue, AOV, and customer retention.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have 7-10+ years of ecommerce leadership, deep Shopify Plus expertise, proven success in scaling DTC storefronts, and hands-on Amazon experience. Strong analytical skills, team management experience, and the ability to work remotely are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop storefront strategies, oversee marketplace growth, coordinate SEO efforts, track performance metrics, and lead teams. Collaborate with creative, product, and performance marketing teams to drive revenue and enhance customer experience.
