New Avenues for Youth
New Avenues for Youth is seeking a Manager for our Shelter Program to lead a team serving youth in crisis. The role is scheduled Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, and focuses on crisis guidance, program delivery, and collaborative improvement. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience with high-risk youth, a commitment to equity, and strong communication and organizational skills.
