Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive substance use and mental health counseling to clients through individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement case management strategies and treatment plans for youth, adults, and families who seek services at Maryhaven.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments and maintain an up-to-date calendar to optimize client treatment continuity and engagement.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and utilize our billing service to enhance client care through effective claims processing and eligibility checks.
\n
• Adapt therapeutic strategies to accommodate a wide variety of clinical presentations, ensuring each client receives personalized and culturally competent care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health and substance use support to individuals across the lifespan, ranging from children to adults. The clients typically have varied backgrounds and experiences, often seeking help for complex challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

• A minimum of four years combined experience in clinical social work, including a master’s-level practicum or at least two years of post-degree practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient settings, particularly in addressing substance use and mental health issues.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing treatment plans and case management.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for virtual counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, reflective of your experience and skills. In addition to the base salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
