Position Type: Full Time / Late Evening Shift Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Tuesday: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM Thursday: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM Friday: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM Saturday: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and document observations in accordance with site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance‑related concerns. Monitor access points and property activity to help support authorized entry, visitor awareness, and compliance with community rules and posted property requirements. Communicate with residents, visitors, and/or local responders as needed to report issues, relay information, and help support an orderly residential environment. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 6 months of security‑related experience is required. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security licence is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
