Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Client Assessment: Conducting comprehensive intake interviews with new clients to assess their mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Leading individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific requirements of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Documentation: Preparing and maintaining accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to ensure continuity of care.

• Program Development: Assisting in the coordination and management of specialized services within the Behavioral Health Department, enhancing our treatment offerings.

• Community Outreach: Collaborating with local agencies and organizations to develop community resources focused on preventive mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds who face a range of mental health challenges. As an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns, tailoring your therapeutic approach to their unique situations and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid LMFT licensure, with familiarity in meeting state requirements and supervision guidelines.
