This is much more than a part-time showing assistant position; it's an opportunity to launch a career with one of Los Angeles' top luxury real estate teams. You'll work directly alongside Sales Partner Jack Marguleas while being mentored by Anthony Marguleas, founder of Amalfi Estates, whose team has sold more than $3 billion in real estate and has been ranked among the nation's Top 10 real estate teams. You'll gain hands-on experience working with luxury buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, inspectors, contractors, photographers, appraisers, and other top professionals throughout the real estate industry. Whether your long-term goal is becoming a Realtor, Sales Partner, or building a career in operations, marketing, or client service, you'll receive mentorship, meaningful responsibility, and real-world experience that most professionals don't gain until years into their careers. No two days are ever the same. Compensation: $25–30 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses and outstanding opportunities for long-term career growth.
