Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services, focusing on developing and implementing individualized, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to continuously evaluate clients' treatment needs and track progress over time.

• Coordinate the development, monitoring, and execution of individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and appropriate community resources.

• Empower clients by assisting them in building essential coping mechanisms, enhancing problem-solving skills, and improving communication abilities.

• Educate clients about available community services and advocate for successful connections to these resources to enrich their support networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on supporting adults aged 18 and older who are facing various mental health challenges that impede their ability to function autonomously within their communities. You will work closely with clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health issues. By collaborating with each client and understanding their unique circumstances, you'll play a significant role in promoting recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensing as required by the California state board, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record on your license.

• Proficient computer skills and a reliable internet connection are essential for delivering telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
