Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based treatment modalities to a diverse range of clients, adapting your approach to meet each individual's unique needs.

• Conduct initial intakes, thorough assessments, and ongoing therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling, assessing risk factors and offering appropriate referrals to other resources when necessary.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations with team members to share insights and enhance the quality of care provided to each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote LICSW, you will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n
