Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) Nurse opportunity in a rural healthcare facility. This role involves providing patient care on medical-surgical tele units, managing patients with conditions such as CHF, diabetes, PNA, CKD, and more, with a focus on teamwork and community dedication.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Provides care for patients with medical and telemetry needs, including Cpap, Bipap, and high flow patients. Transitioning to EPIC charting system expected by October 30, 2026.
• Certifications and Qualifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, at least 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience, minimum 18 months of recent Med/Tele experience preferred, rural hospital experience preferred.
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, based on hospital needs, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification, 18+ months of recent Med/Tele experience, minimum 2 years of experience, minimum 36 hours per week, start date 10/26/2026, end date 12/07/2026.
• Additional Information: Unit manages patients with diagnoses including CHF, diabetes, PNA, CKD; requires good communication and time management skills; float to all Med/Surg units with possible assignment to Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
