We are looking for you immediately at one of our German locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Frankfurt am Main, Essen, Leipzig or Berlin!
Your Tasks
Data and AI shape our everyday lives. Your challenges include:
- Active, market-wide establishment of new business (consulting service) in the DACH region with a clear hunter focus
- Identification, qualification and acquisition of new customers in the sectors of chemistry, pharma & healthcare or transportation & logistics
- Building new customer relationships and developing new accounts including responsibility for sales, pipeline and sustainable growth
- Planning and implementation of structured lead generation and new business activities
- Conducting convincing sales pitches and customer presentations as well as active participation in trade fairs and industry events
- Independently managing tenders, creating offers and actively negotiating contracts until completion
- Close cooperation with internal delivery and specialist teams for the successful handover of acquired projects
- Maintenance and structured documentation of all sales-related activities in the CRM system
Your Profile
Data is in your DNA ? Here’s what you should bring:
- Completed commercial studies (e.g. BWL, business administration) or a comparable qualified training
- At least 4 years of experience in active B2B sales (hunter) of IT, technology or consulting services – ideally with a focus on data & AI
- Proven successes in new business development within the consulting sector for clients in the fields of pharma, chemistry & healthcare or transportation & logistics
- Very good understanding of business models, decision-making processes and regulatory frameworks of the target industries
- Strong closing ability as well as secure negotiation and presentation skills at management level
- Desirable is an existing network in the relevant target industries
- Secure handling of sales KPIs, CRM systems and MS Office
- Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
- High motivation, goal orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Structured, independent working style and high willingness to travel
- Professional, confident demeanor and strong communication skills
