Senior Paralegal (Litigation & IP)

Our client, a respected Am Law firm, is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support complex commercial, patent, and trademark litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal
Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, and document productions
Prepare and coordinate court filings in federal and state courts
Draft, proofread, cite-check, and Bluebook legal documents
Coordinate depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial logistics
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, chronologies, and discovery trackers
Conduct legal and factual research
Prepare deposition summaries, witness files, exhibits, and trial materials
Utilize Relativity and other litigation support platforms
Mentor and coordinate workflow for junior paralegals and support staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; ABA Paralegal Certificate preferred
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience with court filings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Commercial litigation experience required; patent and trademark litigation experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with Relativity, PACER/CM-ECF, Microsoft Office, and e-filing systems
Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
