We are looking for a skilled On-Site Bilingual Recruiter to attract, recruit, and hire quality candidates for a fast‑paced staffing operation. Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Location: Plant City, FL 33566 What You Will Be Doing Partner with hiring managers to gather position requirements and prepare job descriptions. Develop and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of light industrial positions. Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and in‑person interviews. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods to recruit top talent. Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive hiring experience. Position Requirements Full‑cycle recruiting experience within a light industrial staffing agency. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment. Excellent phone, communication, and basic computer skills. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Experience interviewing and vetting candidates both over the phone and in person. Knowledge of sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms and social media. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
