Job Summary:

This position is responsible for manning the customer service desk and answering all calls. This entails, greeting customers, answering their questions, and directing them to products or the appropriate person to assist them.


Skills, Education, and Experience Required:

• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills.
• Ability to use multi line phone system.
• Strong computer knowledge (Word, Excel, cashiering system, Internet, etc.).
• Knowledge of the Christian books and vegetarian foods helpful.
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Ability to do basic math.
• Self-motivated.
• Be able to handle emotional, and confrontational customers in a calm professional manner.
• Ability to interact and communicate with persons of diverse backgrounds and work well under pressure.
• Must learn Tam software within 30 days of hire.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and greet customers in a friendly manner that makes them feel welcome.
• Direct callers or customers to the appropriate person to assist them.
• Take down their orders with accuracy.
• Pull orders.
• Print off web orders.
• Prepare signs and assist with displaying sale flyers.
• Assist in keeping accurate customer contacts in our email and register system.
• Assist with keeping store organized and stocked when time allows.
• Order needed products.
