Part-Time Office Assistant & Full Time Front Desk Medical ReceptionistWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time and a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist with mid-level experience to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with medical billing. Mondays are required, with additional hours based on office needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide general administrative and clerical supportAnswer and direct phone calls in a professional mannerGreet and assist visitors as neededManage filing systems (electronic and paper)Schedule appointments and maintain calendarsPrepare correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Assist with data entry and record maintenanceSupport billing processes; medical billing experience preferredMaintain office supplies and coordinate ordersPerform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications:2–5 years of office or administrative experience (mid-level)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook required; PowerPoint a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasksMedical billing experience preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma required; additional administrative or healthcare training a plusWork Schedule:Part-time hoursMondays are requiredAdditional hours/days to be determined based on business needsCompensation:Competitive hourly rate based on experience
