Litigation Paralegal
Moffett Sims Gauthier & Willoughby, PC
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Primarily in the areas of No-Fault first-party PIP, automotive negligence and bodily injury, and premises liability. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, assisting attorneys with trial preparation, and completing other day-to-day tasks associated with the role. Qualifications 2+ years' as Litigation Paralegal Strong research and analytical skills Trial experience preferred. Experience with preparing for Trial required. Experience with preparing and responding to written discovery Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work full-time (Remote -hybrid- option available) Hybrid position.
