Hourly Rate: 25/hr to 27/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, specifically in invoice entry. Proficiency with AP and ERP systems; experience with Coupa or similar platforms such as Ariba is ideal. Experience working with electronic invoicing systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis to assist with a backlog of invoices. This position requires accurate and efficient data entry of AP invoices into our system, with a focus on independent work and repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities : Perform accurate and timely data entry of AP invoices. Ensure invoices are entered in compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle invoices submitted electronically through ERP system - Coupa. Collaborate with the AP team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoice entry.
