Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, healthcare providers, and family members, to develop unified care strategies.
Educate patients and their families to ensure continued progress beyond clinical encounters.
Participate in occasional inpatient therapy, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the recovery process.
Maintain meticulous records in compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first month of employment.
Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for diverse populations, with a robust grasp of developmental and acquired disorders affecting speech, language, and swallowing.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with patients, families, and a cohesive care team.
Capacity to tailor therapy methods to respect and embrace a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Strong clinical insight and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in using electronic medical records and adhering to documentation standards.
Competitive salary commensurate with expertise and experience.
Flexible scheduling that promotes a healthy work-life balance and allows for varied patient caseloads.
Chance to specialize in areas such as pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
